W. Michael Rosenberg

Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director

Mike Rosenberg is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC. Most recently he was Co-Head of the Middle Market Group ("MMG") of Investment Banking and Capital Markets ("IBCM") for Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. In that position, he served on IBCM's Operating, Commitment and Fairness Opinion committees. Previously he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Barrington Associates, the predecessor to MMG. He joined Barrington Associates in 1986, remaining with the firm as CEO after its 2006 acquisition by Wells Fargo & Co. He has spent more than 26 years in investment banking and corporate finance, assisting corporate clients in achieving their financial and strategic objectives. The projects that he has managed include advising on merger and acquisition assignments, debt and equity private placements, troubled company restructurings and valuations in connection with complex securities transactions. In addition, he oversaw the Industry Specialty Practices at Barrington Associates and was the head of its Institutional Restructuring Group. Mr. Rosenberg has been the senior advisor in numerous prominent middle market transactions. Some of the transactions in which he has acted in such capacity include the take-private of Herbalife International Inc., the sale of Pacific Architects and Engineers, Inc. to Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE:LMT), the sale of Wickes Furniture, Inc. to Sun Capital, LAK Acquisition Corp.'s sale of the Los Angeles Kings Hockey Team, the merger of Dakin, Inc. with Applause Enterprises, Inc. and the merger of Smith+Noble LLC with Cornerstone Brands, Inc.

Mr. Rosenberg has been listed in "Who's Who in Banking and Finance," the Los Angeles Business Journal's annual poll of the 100 most influential individuals in the Los Angeles financial services community. Mr. Rosenberg is a FINRA-registered General Securities Principal and a member of Young Presidents Organization. In addition, he is active in community affairs, serving as a board member of several civic and charitable organizations, including serving as president and founder of Westcoast Sports Associates, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children in southern California. He also serves on the corporate advisory boards of ESSRX and Renasci Development, LLC. Prior to joining Barrington Associates and subsequently Wells Fargo Securities, Mr. Rosenberg was employed by Bear, Stearns & Co., where he worked in the firm's real estate and corporate finance departments. Previously, he was an officer of Foothill Capital Corp., the predecessor to Wells Fargo Foothill (now Wells Fargo Capital Finance), where he financed middle market companies in the western U.S.

Mr. Rosenberg graduated cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. degree in Economics. In addition, he holds an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Business School.
