History of the Firm

Intrepid Investment Bankers LLC was formed in 2010 by a group of highly experienced mergers and acquisitions professionals in the middle market. The founding principals of Intrepid worked together at Barrington Associates, a middle market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm that they built until 2006, when the firm was acquired by Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

With a track record spanning hundreds of transactions, our team understands the unique needs of middle market business owners and has proven its ability to guide clients through a wide range of processes and market conditions to achieve their financial goals.
